This is not a standard or mainstream book about sleep. I certainly agree that mainstream thoughts and medical interventions may be necessary and in some instances, vital, there are other possibilities to explore. What you will learn in this book is specialised knowledge that comes from real life experiences, trial and error approaches and research. What I am sharing is real, simple and practical. Methods that have worked for me countless times, as well as my patients, friends and participants of my programs - pretty much anyone who has embraced and implemented this method.
There are also other experts in their field, who too, have special interest and expertise in addressing sleep issues, from their unique and important dimensions.
